The Black Crowes will be performing for three, special nights at our very own intimate Fillmore @ the TLA on July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. The Black Crowes are an American, blues-oriented hard rock jam band that has sold over 20 million albums. They were hailed by Melody Maker as "The Most Rock 'n' Roll Rock 'n' Roll Band in the World". In 1990, the readers of Rolling Stone named it the 'Best New American Band'. The band has toured with acts such as Aerosmith, Jimmy Page, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, The Who, AC/DC, The Grateful Dead, and Neil Young. Their most recent album was a huge success amongst fans and critics with Billboard stating, "Warpaint mines the same Allmans-to-Zappa synthesis of influences that's been the Crowes' stock in trade but finds the group fortified by sharp songwriting and lace-tight, live-sounding performances. The Crowes remain loud and proud proponents of psychedelic trippiness."
